I hadn't prepared some livers in a while. I like to cook as simply as possible. That's why I preferred them to the pan and well seasoned with salt, pepper and hot paprika.

  • 500 g of chicken liver
  • salt
  • pepper
  • hot Chilli
  • oil

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


The chicken livers are cleaned, washed and boiled for 15 minutes.

Remove on an absorbent towel to drain off excess water.

Season abundantly with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in a pan with hot oil. Cover with a lid and turn from time to time until nicely browned.

Serve with garnish and salad of your choice.
