I made this fasting cake and it turned out super good ... there was nothing left .. !!

  • 420 gr flour,
  • 300 gr sugar,
  • 500 ml of water or coffee,
  • 120 ml of oil,
  • 60 grams of cocoa,
  • 2 teaspoons grated baking soda,
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar,
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla essence.

RECIPE PREPARATION How to fast Blackberry:

Pour the flour into a large bowl, and over the flour we put the sugar, cocoa and baking soda and salt and with a whisk we mix the dry ingredients well. Pour water or coffee, oil, add the essence, then a tablespoon of vinegar and mix everything well, enough to combine the solid ingredients with the liquid ones. It must be a flowing dough. Transfer the dough to a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes {you can do the toothpick test} at 175 degrees

After it is ready you can powder it with powdered sugar or coconut.
